KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Credit and Collections Specialist.

Our client is a leading cultivator and distributor of ultra-premium cannabis. they are passionate about creating transformative products that will help tune and enrich the human experience.

What you’ll be doing:

The Credit and Collections specialist will be supporting the Credit Manager in the daily operations of the credit department. This role will provide Accounts Receivable collections and credit support for existing customers. Primary responsibilities will include working cross-functionally with other teams, assisting in credit and AR functions, collections, and assisting with special projects as needed. We are looking for an entry to mid-level person who is looking to quickly learn and grow in responsibility.

As the Credit and Collections Specialist, you will:

  • Be responsible for the daily review of A/R aging reports to identify delinquent invoices requiring immediate follow-up
  • Review accounts in real time as orders come in for credit risk
  • Contact delinquent customers by phone, email, and letters according to collections policies
  • Work closely with Territory Account Managers / Sales team on reconciling accounts
  • Engage customers with the highest level of professionalism
  • Thoroughly and accurately document all contacts for each assigned account
